We offer comprehensive support for official procedures in the field of electricity generation in cogeneration units and RES installations, including:
- preparation of an application to the Energy Regulatory Office for a promise of concession;
- preparation of an application to the Energy Regulatory Office for a license;
- preparation of an application to the Energy Regulatory Office for admission to the guaranteed premium system;
- preparation of cyclical applications to the settlement operator for the payment of the guaranteed premium;
- keeping current records and reporting imposed on entities participating in the guaranteed bonus system;
- excise duty exemption procedures;
- keeping current records required by the provisions on excise duty.
