Building energy audit

Who is the building energy audit for?

The building energy audit should be carried out for each planned thermomodernization project, because it is the basis for applying for co-financing from environmental funds and structural programs such as:

  • STOP SMOG program
  • Czyste Powietrze (Clean Air) program
  • thermomodernization relief
  • thermomodernization bonus

The energy audit covers:

  • external partitions (walls, roofs) and windows
  • ventilation and air conditioning installations
  • central heating and domestic hot water installations
  • lighting
  • passenger and goods lifts
  • renewable energy sources

The most important element of the audit is the economic and energy analysis for possible projects aimed at improving energy efficiency of the building. The audit is not technical documentation, it is not the basis for the execution of works, but constitutes assumptions for the facility modernization project.
